MPM Nodal Status: Where are We at?
Due to the lack of both prospective trial and high-volume retrospective studies, the management of clinical N+ malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) patients remain highly debated. Node positive patients show poor survival compared with node-negative ones; thus, lymph node staging appears crucial in determining treatment strategy. Notwithstanding the improvement in pre-treatment staging and the update on lymph node classification in the 8th edition of TNM, several open controversies remain on N parameter. How should people stage suspected N+ patients? How should people treat node positive patients?  Which is the definition of “resectable patient”?  Is the site or the number the main prognostic factor for node positive patients?  The aim of the entry is to analyse the existing relevant literature on lymph node status in MPM.

There are two simultaneously occurring classes of experience are proposed: the ‘emotion class’ of experience (ECE) and the positive ‘affect class’ of experience (PACE). ECE consists of conventional, discrete, and communicable emotions with a reasonably well-established lexicon. PACE relates to a more private world of prototypical aesthetic emotions and experiences investigated in positive psychology.

Oral Microbiome Dysbiosis in Tongue Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Tongue squamous cell carcinoma(TSCC),as the most common  oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), is associated with numerous risk factors. Among which oral microbiota is recognized by more and more scholars. In the oral cavity, bacteria can aggregate into colonies to form functional biofilms, and the synergistic interaction of polymicroorganisms can maintain homeostasis with the host. However, Changes in specific individual bacterial components may cause colony effects that disrupt homeostasis, which would contribute to the initiation and progression of TSCC. For instance,the change of  relative abundance of Firmicutes, Actinobacteria, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Fusobacteria and related bacteria can cause the occurrence of tongue cancer by mediating chronic inflammatory states, suppressing immune responses, synthesizing carcinogens, attenuating synthesis of anticancer agents and promoting cancer cell invasion. Therefore, the management of the  special microbiome associated with tumour microenvironments may be a promising treatment strategies for tumors in the future.

These nutrients have been well-established to play a role in improving muscular strength, muscle mass, and muscle function in various populations such as youth, athletes, and older adults.
