Thermal properties and applications of nanofluids
The nanofluids (NFs) are known as a colloidal suspension where nanoparticles (NPs) are dispersed in conventional base fluids (BFs). This suspension has been frequently used to improve the heat transfer (HT) capacity of a fluid by studying their thermophysical properties. The NFs thermal properties and their applications are being used in different fields of engineering, ranging from machining to renewable energies. In machining, NFs play a prominent role in the processes of turning, milling, drilling, and grinding, being responsible for their optimization as well as improving the useful life of the tools and reducing costs. In the solar energy field, NFs have been used in the thermal management of the panels, controlling and homogenizing the operating temperature of these systems. In the biomedical area, the advantages of using NFs come from the treatment of cancer cells, the development of vaccines before the improvement of diagnostic imaging, and many others.

Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome
Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) is a viral respiratory disease of zoonotic origin caused by the SARS coronavirus (SARS-CoV). Between November 2002 and July 2003, an outbreak of SARS in southern China caused an eventual 8,098 cases, resulting in 774 deaths reported in 37 countries, with the majority of cases in China and Hong Kong (9.6% fatality rate) according to the World Health Organization (WHO). No cases of SARS have been reported worldwide since 2004. In late 2017, Chinese scientists traced the virus through the intermediary of civets to cave-dwelling horseshoe bats in Yunnan province.

Artemisia Armeniaca
Artemisia /ˌɑːrtɪˈmiːziə/ is a large, diverse genus of plants with between 200 and 400 species belonging to the daisy family Asteraceae. Common names for various species in the genus include mugwort, wormwood, and sagebrush. Artemisia comprises hardy herbaceous plants and shrubs, which are known for the powerful chemical constituents in their essential oils. Artemisia species grow in temperate climates of both hemispheres, usually in dry or semiarid habitats. Notable species include A. vulgaris (common mugwort), A. tridentata (big sagebrush), A. annua (sagewort), A. absinthium (wormwood), A. dracunculus (tarragon), and A. abrotanum (southernwood). The leaves of many species are covered with white hairs. Most species have strong aromas and bitter tastes from terpenoids and sesquiterpene lactones, which discourage herbivory, and may have had a selective advantage. The small flowers are wind-pollinated. Artemisia species are used as food plants by the larvae of a number of Lepidoptera species. Some botanists split the genus into several genera, but DNA analysis does not support the maintenance of the genera Crossostephium, Filifolium, Neopallasia, Seriphidium, and Sphaeromeria; three other segregate genera -- Stilnolepis, Elachanthemum, and Kaschgaria -- are maintained by this evidence. Occasionally, some of the species are called sages, causing confusion with the Salvia sages in the family Lamiaceae.

Machine Learning-Based Text Classification Comparison
The growth in textual data associated with the increased usage of online services and the simplicity of having access to these data has resulted in a rise in the number of text classification research papers. Text classification has a significant influence on several domains such as news categorization, the detection of spam content, and sentiment analysis. The classification of Turkish text is the research focus since only a few studies have been conducted in this context. Researchers utilize data obtained from customers’ inquiries that come to an institution to evaluate the proposed techniques. Classes are assigned to such inquiries specified in the institution’s internal procedures. The Support Vector Machine, Naïve Bayes, Long Term-Short Memory, Random Forest, and Logistic Regression algorithms were used to classify the data. The performance of the various techniques was then analyzed after and before data preparation, and the results were compared. The Long Term-Short Memory technique demonstrated superior effectiveness in terms of accuracy, achieving an 84% accuracy rate, surpassing the best accuracy record of traditional techniques, which was 78% accuracy for the Support Vector Machine technique. The techniques performed better once the number of categories in the dataset was reduced. Moreover, the findings show that data preparation and coherence between the classes’ number and the number of training sets are significant variables influencing the techniques’ performance.

An Underutilized Food “Miwu”
Miwu (“蘼芜” in Chinese), the stems and leaves of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. has been used in China as a food for least 800 years. Modern research has shown that Miwu has a high dietary fibre content, is rich in iron and low in sodium, and has a similar aroma to celery but more than 4 times the dietary fibre content. At the same time, the wide cultivation of this herb, in combination with the use of the root as medicine, can better enhance the utilisation of this plant.

Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors in Melanoma
Despite of melanoma immunogenicity, this tumor develops immune escape mechanisms that stimulate a fast melanoma progression. Such mechanisms include impaired antigen presentation by tumor cells, accumulation of dysfunctional effector T cells and generation of the immunosuppressive TME represented by MDSC, TAN, CAF, TAM, and Treg. Therefore, numerous approaches were developed to reinvigorate the anti-tumor immune response. Recently approved immunotherapies with ICI (anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1 and anti-CTLA-4 antibodies) have revolutionized the treatment of melanoma. This treatment significantly increased the survival of melanoma patients and provided a durable control of the disease [26,27,28]. However, the response rates to ICI are still restricted. Thus, further efforts should be undertaken to maximize the efficacy of ICI treatment. This aim could be achieved by improving the selection of patients who might benefit from the ICI therapy, by applying early radiological findings and by measuring predictive markers from tumor and liquid biopsies. Furthermore, the combination of different ICI (such as ipilimumab and nivolumab), their combination with targeting of the immunosuppressive TME or with other anti-cancer therapies could significantly improve the efficacy of tumor immunotherapy. Furthermore, targeting of other immune checkpoints (such as LAG-3, TIM-3, TIGIT) and its combination with approved ICI are currently under investigation.

Molecular concepts in vascular disorders
In physiology and pathophysiology the molecules involved in blood cell–blood cell and blood cell–endothelium interactions have been identified. Platelet aggregation and adhesion to the walls belonging to vessels involve glycoproteins (GP), GP llb and GP llla and the GP Ib–IX–V complex. Red blood cells (RBCs) in normal situations have little interaction with the endothelium. Abnormal adhesion of RBCs was first observed in sickle cell anemia involving vascular cell adhesion molecule (VCAM)-1, α4β1, Lu/BCAM, and intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM)-4. More recently RBC adhesion was found to be increased in retinal-vein occlusion (RVO) and in polycythemia vera (PV). The molecules which participate in this process are phosphatidylserine and annexin V in RVO, and phosphorylated Lu/BCAM and α5 laminin chain in PV. The additional adhesion in diabetes mellitus occurs due to the glycated RBC band 3 and the advanced glycation end-product receptors. The multiligand receptor binds advanced glycation end products (AGEs) or S100 calgranulins, or β-amyloid peptide. This receptor for advanced glycation end products is known as RAGE. The binding to RAGE-activated endothelial cells leads to an inflammatory reaction and a prothrombotic state via NADPH activation and altered gene expression. RAGE blockade is a potential target for drugs preventing the deleterious consequences of RAGE activation.

EVs as Potential-Biomarkers in MS
       Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the central nervous system and its pathophysiology is characterized by a progressive blood-brain barrier dysfunction accompanied by infiltration in the central nervous system of peripheral pathogenic immune cells and inflammatory mediators leading to demyelination, axonal damage, and dysfunction and/or loss of synapses. Accumulating evidence highlights blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) as potential biomarkers of MS disease stages and of response to treatment. In particular, EVs released from blood–brain barrier (BBB) endothelial cells, platelets, leukocytes, myeloid cells, astrocytes, and oligodendrocytes seem to be involved in the pathogenesis of MS and of its rodent model experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis. Further research is necessary to validate these observations and the screening of specific EVs subsets based on their cargo and membrane compositions associated to specific MS pathophysiological mechanisms might help guiding MS diagnosis, prognosis, and response to therapy.
