Clinical Communication Skills in Dental Education
Effective communication skills, that is, accurate listening or observation and focused verbal or non-verbal response, enhances efficiency of diagnoses, ethical clinical decision making, positive clinical outcomes, promotes patient use of services, and patient–clinician satisfaction. It also helps to decrease patient anxiety and pain perception.

Coriander Plants and Human Emotions
Coriander or Coriandrum sativum (C. sativum), a member of the Apiaceae family, is a popular herb with versatile applications. The seeds and leaves are widely used for culinary and seasoning. The seeds and fruits are often used for cooking meat. As honey plant, coriander is highly attractive to honeybee workers. Additionally, coriander has been used in many traditional medicines, and its medicinal values has been widely recognized. Coriander extracts have a wide range of biological benefits including neuroprotective, anxiolytic, hypnotic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and so on.

PBUTs Therapeutics in AKI and CKD
Uremic toxins are defined as harmful metabolites that accumulate in the human body of patients whose renal function declines, especially chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients. Growing evidence demonstrates the deteriorating effect of uremic toxins on CKD progression and CKD-related complications, and removing uremic toxins in CKD has become the conventional treatment in the clinic.

Effect of Physical Activity/Smoking/Sleep on Telomere Length
Aging is a risk factor for several pathologies, restricting one’s health span, and promoting chronic diseases (e.g., cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases), as well as cancer. Telomeres are regions of repetitive DNA located at chromosomal ends. Telomere length has been inversely associated with chronological age and has been considered, for a long time, a good biomarker of aging. Several lifestyle factors have been linked with telomere shortening or maintenance.

Polysaccharide-Based Active Coatings
Polysaccharide-based active coatings supplemented with plant extracts such as cashew leaves, pomegranate peel, red roselle, apple fiber, and green tea extracts rich in phenolic compounds and their derivatives have been reported to be excellent substituents to replace chemically formulated wax coatings.

Unobtrusive Monitoring of Sleep Cycles
Polysomnography is the gold-standard method for measuring sleep but is inconvenient and limited to a laboratory or a hospital setting. As a result, the vast majority of patients do not receive a proper diagnosis. In an attempt to solve this issue, sleep experts are continually looking for unobtrusive and affordable alternatives that can provide longitudinal sleep tracking. Collecting longitudinal data on sleep can accelerate epidemiological studies exploring the effect of sleep on health and disease. These alternatives can be in the form of wearables (e.g., actigraphs) or nonwearable (e.g., under-mattress sleep trackers).

Benefits of Exercise for Lowering Cardiovascular Stress Reactivity
Exaggerated cardiovascular reactivity to and delayed recovery from stress increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases in the future. It is evident that exercise training and aerobic fitness are associated with reduced cardiovascular reactivity and enhanced recovery from stress, but the effects with acute exercise are less characterized. This research sought to explore the range and variety of available studies using acute exercise to lower stress-induced cardiovascular reactivity and recovery. In general, acute exercise particularly of the moderate-intensity, aerobic type effectively reduced stress-induced Blood pressure (BP) reactivity in the healthy population and in those with high blood pressure. This shows that with just a single bout of exercise can help to lower cardiovascular reactivity in response to stress without having to undergo extensive exercise training. Further research would be recommended to establish if other forms of exercise intensity or type are equally beneficial to lower exaggerated cardiovascular responses to stress.

Deep Learning on Images for Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the second most common cancer in women and the third most common in men, with an increasing incidence. Pathology diagnosis complemented with prognostic and predictive biomarker information is the first step for personalized treatment. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has made significant progress in the medical field, showing potential for clinical applications.

Analyzing Heart Failure Care by Actor-Partner Interdependence Model
Heart failure (HF) is a complex, heterogeneous, increasingly prevalent cardiovascular disorder with high morbidity and mortality. Self-care behaviors are essential for the effective treatment of heart failure, and poor self-care may lead to adverse clinical events in patients with HF, including repeated hospitalizations, poor quality of life, and increased mortality. One of the most common approaches for analyzing data on HF self-care dyads is the Actor–Partner Interdependence Model (APIM). Studies using the APIM approach revealed interrelated patient and caregiver characteristics that influence self-care and explain many complex dyadic behaviors.

Exercise's Effects on Nutritional Status in Cystic Fibrosis
Physical exercise is an important part of regular care for people with cystic fibrosis (CF). Exercise training can produce positive physiologic changes in children with CF without impairing their nutritional status. In fact, resistance exercise can help improve body mass.
