We provide a one-stop service to ensure customer satisfaction. All orders will be completed within three weeks following payment, excluding delays caused by the customer’s response.

Our professionals will write the script, which will take approximately 5 days. We will then review it with you for approval.

Once the script is confirmed, we will begin video production and complete it within 14 business days.

Revision
After the draft video is produced, we will send it to you for feedback and make revisions until you are satisfied.

Online
After the revisions are finalized, we will upload the video to our platform and the journal page (if associated with MDPI).

What is the relationship between Encyclopedia and MDPI?
Encyclopedia MDPI a is user-generated content platform affiliated with MDPI. In 2018, to increase the promotion of knowledge-sharing and open access to science, MDPI established Encyclopedia. Therefore, all accounts registered in MDPI can be used here.
What should I do after placing an order?
Please monitor your email for payment instructions from MDPI and Encyclopedia. Once payment is confirmed, we will provide a comprehensive service, ensuring that you only need to review the final product. If you wish to be involved in the video production process and track each step, we are happy to accommodate this as well.
How long will it take to produce a video?
Videos will be completed within 20 business days following receipt of payment unless delays occur due to a lack of timely responses to our emails.
How can these videos promote my publications? And is it necessary to have a publication to make a video?
Our videos will be released on Encyclopedia, where they will include links to the original publication, making it easy for viewers to access the full article. Additionally, we will promote the video across social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. If the original paper is published by MDPI, the video will also be featured on the article’s page.
A publication is not required to create a video. You can order a video based on concepts or ideas alone.

What should I do if the video production process has not begun after payment?
We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your payment during business days. If you do not hear from us within this period, please do not hesitate to contact office@encyclopedia.pub.
What discounts are available?
MDPI reviewer vouchers and video production vouchers can be used. If you have a voucher code, this may be entered when placing your Academic Video Service order. You can check your available vouchers at: https://susy.mdpi.com/user/discount_voucher. The following criteria apply:
- One voucher may be used per submission.
- MDPI reviewer vouchers can only be used by the voucher owner, while video production vouchers have no user restriction.
What should I do if I am not satisfied with my video?
We typically offer at least three rounds of revisions for each video after your review. You can request revisions at any time within six months of the completed order.
What should I do if I make a wrong order or fill in the wrong information for the invoice?
If you need to cancel an order or revise the invoice after payment, please contact us at office@encyclopedia.pub. Please note that once the video production process has begun, cancellations are no longer permitted.
