Green Competitiveness of Enterprises
The omnichannel approach to forming marketing strategies for the development of the green competitiveness of enterprises is seen as a process for the inseparable interaction of marketing-mix elements that are aimed at promoting green competitiveness. This approach integrates traditional and digital marketing communication channels and provides consideration for stakeholder interests. The effectiveness of applying the omnichannel approach to the formation of marketing strategies to develop the green competitiveness of enterprises depends on a set of marketing communication channels, which, in various combinations, can increase or decrease the level of companies’ green competitiveness.

Forecasting a Stock Trend Using Genetic Algorithm
The performance of the model significantly outperforms the dummy forecast. In some cases, the accuracy of the model was up to 80%. The results also showed that S&P 500 (the US stock market) is the most useful stock index in the prediction on all sectors. This could be because the 15 considered stocks have been selected from NYSE and NASDAQ. In contrast, CAC40 (French stock index) seems to have the lowest impact on two out of the three sectors. Moreover, past historical data of the stock itself helps significantly in predicting its trend. However, the results also show that the accuracy of the model decreases considerably while trying to predict large price changes.

Social Entrepreneurs for Innovative Professional Career Developments
Social impact and innovation are crucial aspects of any social entrepreneurship project. There are some fundamental common factors as critical determinants of the final social entrepreneurial decision and result: (i) motivations such as emotional connection, moral judgment, personal dissatisfaction, purpose achievement and change, and social needs; (ii) personal internal resources such as connection skills, conviction, creativity, efficiency skills, and learning orientation; (iii) facilitating external factors such as financial and social support, higher and social education, relevant past events, and previous professional experience. Putting together all these factors, there is a theoretical framework that can explain social entrepreneurship as an alternative career option and connect it with a dominant social entrepreneur’s narrative and profile.

Barriers and Facilitators of Sustainability for Batik SMEs
During the past two years, COVID-19-related measures have forced small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in developing countries to reduce their production capacity and employment, which has created an undesirable situation. The implementation of sustainability-oriented practices in SMEs has also been discussed frequently over the years. To improve SMEs sustainability, we need to understand the barriers and facilitators of sustainability, especially in its institutional context so the SMEs could be better supported by the institutions.

Tourism Services in Uzbekistan
Uzbekistan is located on the crossroads of the ancient Silk Road, which has attracted thousands of traders and invaders throughout the centuries. Because of its strategic location, it was the center of events between Russia and Great Britain later referred to as the Great Game.  There are various reasons why tourists visit Uzbekistan. This region was the center of Islamic ideology, and the craddle of the first Renaissance that brought up scientists such as Avicenna, Al Khorezmi, Al Beruni and others. The legacy left by ancestors in terms of constructions and traditions is well preserved in ancient cities of Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva. The influence of various nations (arabs, mongols, russians) on the aborigens of Central Asia left its footprints on culture, architecture and social life. For the people who appreciate oriental arts and history Uzbekistan is a must-visit place. However, the range of tourism services is mainly focused on only historical sightseeing. Recreational tourism services are underdeveloped. High travel costs, tourism infrastructure problems, and lack of qualified personnel are main issues that pull back tourism development.

Environmental, Social, and Governance Reporting
This study examines the relationship between financial distress and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure. We hypothesize that financially distressed firms are tempted to enhance ESG disclosure as it provides higher performance in terms of financial and market perspectives. ESG disclosure needs substantial resources, which financially distressed firms may not be able to provide. In Indonesian settings, we find that financially distressed firms have lower ESG disclosure quality than non-distressed firms. Our results are robust due to lagged variable, Heckman’s two stages, and coarsened exact matching regression showing consistent results. Furthermore, our results are consistent with three years of rolling windows of financial distress and all sections of ESG reporting, except the general information section. This study extends the scope of prior studies by focusing on firms’ eagerness to provide higher quality ESG disclosure, particularly distressed firms.

Dynamic Corporate Governance and Sustainability
Recent complex changes of the organizational environment urge the boards of directors of energy corporations to step up quickly in crises (e.g., COVID-19) and foster innovation, to seize new strategic opportunities (e.g., environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investments). ESG projects could face serious challenges in the fast-changing organizational environment generated by unpredictable and impactful factors like COVID-19. The success of ESG projects might depend on proper board-level answers to resource-based constraints and opportunities generated by a dynamically changing environment. This dynamic board behavior could involve board intervention, regarding, for example, innovation, inter-organizational networks, and organizational changes.

Asset Management
The international standard for asset management ISO55000 defines asset management as "coordinated activity of an organization to realize value from an asset". This standard requires establishing a Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) for the organization’s achievement of goals (value), which includes response strategies for identifying, assessing, and controlling any possible risks that may occur during the goal achievement process. Goals and risks are important from the view of asset management as they provide the directions for management of the asset’s life-cycle and budget investment as the organization’s enterprise management policies. The International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM), developed to reflect ISO55000, divides the types of risks into the continuity of business management, safety, politics, law, finance, and cash flow, suggesting the quantitative evaluation method in the consideration of the Probability of Failure (POF) and Consequence of Failure (COF).
