Accessibility and Sustainability in Context of Healthcare Platforms
A health platform is an IT system that provides a common infrastructure for delivering healthcare services. Organizations, including hospitals, clinics, home care providers, and governments, can use healthcare platforms. Examples of healthcare platforms include electronic health records (EHRs) and computer systems that store patients’ medical information, including health records, test results, and medications.

Core Challenges for Multi-Robot-Path-Planning Algorithms
The benefits of multi-robot systems are substantial, bringing gains in efficiency, quality, and cost, and they are useful in a wide range of environments from warehouse automation, to agriculture and even extend in part to entertainment. In multi-robot system research, the main focus is on ensuring efficient coordination in the operation of the robots, both in task allocation and navigation. However, much of this research seldom strays from the theoretical bounds; there are many reasons for this, with the most-prominent and -impactful being resource limitations. This is especially true for research in areas such as multi-robot path planning (MRPP) and navigation coordination. This is a large issue in practice as many approaches are not designed with meaningful real-world implications in mind and are not scalable to large multi-robot systems.

Generating Paraphrase Using Simulated Annealing for Citation Sentences
The paraphrase generator for citation sentences is used to produce several sentence alternatives to avoid plagiarism. Furthermore, the generation results need to pay attention to semantic similarity and lexical divergence standards. The generation process is guided by an objective function using a simulated annealing algorithm to maintain the properties of semantic similarity and lexical divergence. The objective function is created by combining the two factors that maintain these properties.

Information Consumer Experience
This text addresses the information consumer experience (ICX) in a Chilean Higher Education institution through the design and implementation of an user-centric centralized information management system. This system was created using an adapted design thinking methodology with an ICX perspective to identify and integrate the information consumers’ demands and other factors correlated with ICX into the system’s design. This approach also helps to address data quality and information management quality (IMQ) problems of the organization, representing a centralized data source for all information consumers into the organization, offering consistent, accessible, and good quality data to address daily work and enhance information consumers experience, and managerial work.

Solar Energy Generation Prediction
Energy, or more specifically electricity, is one of the most significant pillars of society. Solar Photovoltaic energy has emerged as the most flourishing source of power generation. Not only is it a clean and renewable energy, but it is also economically accessible with minimal maintenance. Nevertheless, they have the disadvantage of high dependence on climatic factors, significant variability and high cost of energy storage. Hence, forecasting the generation of Photovoltaic (PV) installations for a given period of time can help to make optimal use of resources, allowing for reduced emissions, lower costs, safe operation and better integration into the grid.

The Concept of a Dual-Core PLC
IEC 61131-3-compliant engineering environments consist of IDE (integrated development environment) with language editors, compiler of source programs into binary code, and runtime for execution of the code. In a dual-core PLC proposed here, the cores run different projects cooperating by shared memory.

K-Center Problem
This entry is adapted from the peer-reviewed paper 10.1109/ACCESS.2019.2933875 K-center problems are particular cases of the facility location problem, where a set of optimal centers are to be found given a set of constraints. In a nutshell, a k-center problem usually seeks a set of at most k centers that minimize the distance a client must travel to its nearest center. Namely, their objective function is often a minmax one. Naturally, these problems are well suited for modeling real location problems. Although many different problems fit within the description of a k-center problem, the most popular of these is the vertex k-center problem, where the input is a simple graph and an integer k, and the goal is to find at most k vertices whose distance to the remaining vertices is minimal.

Knowledge Sharing System (KSS) Design
Numerous ICT instruments, such as communication tools, social media platforms, and collaborative software, bolster and facilitate knowledge sharing activities. Determining the vital success factors for knowledge sharing within its unique context is argued to be essential before implementing it. Therefore, it is imperative to define domain-specific critical success factors when envisioning the design of a knowledge sharing system.
