Opaque Forest Problem
In computational geometry, the opaque forest problem can be stated as follows: "Given a convex polygon C in the plane, determine the minimal forest T of closed, bounded line segments such that every line through C also intersects T". T is said to be the opaque forest, or barrier of C. C is said to be the coverage of T. While any forest that covers C is a barrier of C, we wish to find the one with shortest length. It may be the case that T is constrained to be strictly interior or exterior to C. In this case, we specifically refer to a barrier as interior or exterior. Otherwise, the barrier is assumed to have no constraints on its location.

Tarbell Course in Magic
The Tarbell Course in Magic is a notable encyclopedia of magic amongst professional and amateur magicians. It has eight volumes; the first five were part of the original home-study correspondence course compiled in 1928 by Dr. Harlan Tarbell, the remaining three volumes being added on later. This magic volume series was originally designed as a correspondence course for budding magicians. Once they were collected and bound, the series has become an unparalleled reference standard for magicians. In its impact on the magic world, it is second perhaps in its influence on the art of magic only to Hoffman's Modern Magic, and many professional magicians have based their careers on the Tarbell Course.

Grsecurity
Grsecurity is a set of patches for the Linux kernel which emphasize security enhancements. The patches are typically used by computer systems which accept remote connections from untrusted locations, such as web servers and systems offering shell access to its users. Grsecurity provides a collection of security features to the Linux kernel, including address space protection, enhanced auditing and process control. Grsecurity is produced by Open Source Security, Inc., headquartered in Pennsylvania, and since April 2017 (Linux 4.9) the patches (including test ones) are only available to their paying customers.

Designing a Robot against COVID-19—Robocov
Robocov, designed as a rapid response against the COVID-19 Pandemic at Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico, with implementations of artificial intelligence and the S4 concept, is a low-cost robot. Robocov can achieve numerous tasks using the S4 concept that provides flexibility in hardware and software. Thus, Robocov can impact positivity public safety, clinical care, continuity of work, quality of life, laboratory and supply chain automation, and non-hospital care. The mechanical structure and software development allow Robocov to complete support tasks effectively so Robocov can be integrated as a technological tool.

DDOS Attack Detection in High-Speed Network
Two forms of DoS attack are troubling, DoS and DDoS (DDoS). Typically, DDoS attacks occur through linked devices from numerous locations. The attack can cause unusual activity that interrupts the regular traffic of specific servers, services, and networks through data bombardment from nearby infrastructure. This unusual activity creates tremendous continuous service requests to the servers and networks, making it difficult to identify a trustworthy source.

AI-Based Resource Allocation Techniques in Wireless Sensor IoT
A wireless sensor network (WSN) is a network of several sensor nodes that are typically put in remote places to monitor environmental characteristics. The IoT (Internet of Things)-based restricted WSN has sparked a lot of attention and progress in order to attain improved resource utilisation as well as service delivery. For data transfer between heterogeneous devices, IoT requires a stronger communication network and an ideally placed energy-efficient WSN.

Wavelet Threshold Denoising Algorithm
The denoising performance is affected by several factors, including wavelet basis function, decomposition level, thresholding method, and the threshold selection criteria. Traditional threshold selection rules rely on statistical and empirical variables, which influence their performance in noise reduction under various conditions.

Set (Command)
This article presents a list of commands used by DOS operating systems, especially as used on x86-based IBM PC compatibles (PCs). Other DOS operating systems are not part of the scope of this list. In DOS, many standard system commands were provided for common tasks such as listing files on a disk or moving files. Some commands were built into the command interpreter, others existed as external commands on disk. Over the several generations of DOS, commands were added for the additional functions of the operating system. In the current Microsoft Windows operating system, a text-mode command prompt window, cmd.exe, can still be used.
