Pension Information
A wide array of research has investigated the effects of pension information on different individuals’ economic outcomes. While many studies show that information provision increases knowledge, the evidence is mixed regarding its effects on behavior. Nevertheless, examining different studies, some conclusions can be elicited about the effects of pension information on three broad areas of economic behavior: retirement planning, labor supply, and savings decisions. Specifically, the provision of pension information not only increases workers’ knowledge about their benefits, but it also fosters individuals’ retirement planning and decision making. Looking at individuals’ labor supply, our review of the literature showed that only correctly informed workers are responsive to the incentives to work longer. Finally, information letters and other educational interventions such as seminars are found to increase both enrollment in retirement plans and the amount of contributions. We also highlight that the lack of knowledge prevalently hits the most vulnerable individuals in the society, such as women. As a consequence, not providing sufficient information could contribute to widening the gender gap in pensions.

Based on the above background, the researchers review and integrate the literature on management and career studies related to the challenges that women face in the process of advancing to leadership positions in organizations. Specifically, the researchers examine the external and internal factors that create the various obstacles that women who aspire to leadership positions in structured organizations face from a gender perspective.

Circular Economy and Circular Cities
An alternative way to the current way cities develops and operate is provided by the circular economy (CE). The idea of circular economy finds its roots in environmental and ecological economics, industrial ecology and management and corporate sustainability. The circular city represents a relatively new concept, and as a result, assumptions about these types of cities are often incorrect and require further explanations to understand their way of functioning. A framework for a circular economy not only reduces the raw materials used within the system but also brings opportunities for sustainable consumption, waste management and innovation in all fields, as well as human development and increased well-being for everyone. However, the nature of circular systems mandates for the collective effort of governments, businesses and consumers likewise. Therefore, a circular economy should be an integrated part of the cities’ and regions’ development plans for achieving healthy circular ecosystems.

Eco-innovation in Digital Business Services
Sustainability has played a crucial role in corporate strategic planning and investor relationships, reflecting government policies and consumer demands for more sustainable products, with lower carbon footprints. Companies’ abilities to raise funds, and finance their long-term development, depend on how they set Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) goals and restructure their processes to adhere to these. Forecasting a Stock Trend Using Genetic Algorithm
The performance of the model significantly outperforms the dummy forecast. In some cases, the accuracy of the model was up to 80%. The results also showed that S&P 500 (the US stock market) is the most useful stock index in the prediction on all sectors. This could be because the 15 considered stocks have been selected from NYSE and NASDAQ. In contrast, CAC40 (French stock index) seems to have the lowest impact on two out of the three sectors. Moreover, past historical data of the stock itself helps significantly in predicting its trend. However, the results also show that the accuracy of the model decreases considerably while trying to predict large price changes.
