Croquet Project
The Croquet Project is a software project that preceded Croquet, and was intended to promote the continued development of the Croquet open-source software development kit to create and deliver collaborative multi-user online applications. Implemented in Squeak Smalltalk, Croquet supports communication, collaboration, resource sharing, and synchronous computation among multiple users. Applications created with the Croquet software development kit (SDK) can be used to support highly scalable collaborative data visualization, virtual learning and problem solving environments, 3D wikis, online gaming environments (massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs), and privately maintained or interconnected multiuser virtual environments. Further development of the technology has also branched into the Open Cobalt and Open Croquet efforts. In May 2018, David A. Smith founded Croquet Corporation to build a software system for creating multiuser digital experiences on the web. Alan Kay’s team of engineers, Vanessa Freudenberg, Aran Lunzer, Yoshiki Ohshima, as well as Smith’s collaborator from Red Storm Entertainment, Brian Upton, joined Smith as co-founders of Croquet Corporation, to build a software system for creating multiuser digital experiences on the web. Croquet lets developers build real time multiuser apps without writing a single line of server code, or deploying or managing any servers. Croquet consists of a JavaScript library that grants access to its global network of public reflectors.

Environmental Consciousness on Environmental Management
As society’s view of the public good expands to include responsible corporate citizenship, profit performance alone no longer suffices as the sole measure of a company’s performance. Issues of environmental protection and contributions to society are also included in evaluating overall corporate strategy, thus broadening the evaluation beyond the income statement. As companies adopt the mantle of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) theories, their potential liabilities are no longer limited to operational costs. Investments in environmental protection and environmental management systems influence a company’s competitiveness and strategic considerations. When performed right, these investments not only reduce litigation and administrative costs, but also enhance long-term profitability and continuing development

Performance Paradox
The performance paradox is a theory set forth by Marshall W. Meyer and Vipin Gupta in 1994, which posits that organizations are able to maintain control by not knowing what exactly performance is. This theory is based on several facts of performance, namely that the number and type of performance measurements that exist are increasing at a rapid rate and that these new metrics tend to be weakly correlated with old ones.

Several businesses, including manufacturing, design, purchasing, and manufacturing, in addition to SCM itself, have engaged in a comprehensive analysis of sustainable progress and the concept of sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) serves this demand. Customer relationship management (CRM) is a comprehensive approach that provides the capability to locate, acquire, manage, and nurture promising customers by establishing and upholding long-term connections with customers.
