A recent study in Nature Communications reveals that preparing for parenthood involves more than just quitting smoking and drinking. Dads also need to be mindful of greasy foods! Poor dietary choices could jeopardize your child's health.

Research shows that female offspring from male mice on a high-fat diet tend to have higher body fat compared to those from other diet groups. When fathers' diets consist of 45% fat, 34% carbohydrates, and 21% protein, their daughters exhibit the highest fasting blood glucose levels and accumulate the most subcutaneous white fat. It's clear that what Dad eats matters!
