Internet of Things with the Industrial Marketplace
There is no doubt that new technology has become one of the crucial parts of most people’s lives around the world. By and large, in this era, the Internet and the Internet of Things (IoT) have become the most indispensable parts of our lives. Recently, IoT technologies have been regarded as the most broadly used tools among other technologies. The tools and the facilities of IoT technologies within the marketplace are part of Industry 4.0. The marketplace is too regarded as a new area that can be used with IoT technologies. One of the main purposes of this paper is to highlight using IoT technologies in Industry 4.0, and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) is another feature revised.

Power Supply for Wearables with Task Offloading Capabilities
Task-offloading approaches can be efficiently combined with energy harvesting to address the issue of insufficient battery capacity and limited computation resources in IoMT devices and consequently increase the operating time of wearable devices. This is referred to as joint energy harvesting and task offloading. Using this technology, users can extract energy, convert it into useful energy, store it in the appropriate energy-storage device, and use that energy to perform the corresponding local computing and offloading tasks.

Machine Learning in T- and B-Cell Epitope Prediction
An antigenic determinant (AD) is a portion of an antigen molecule known as an epitope that is recognized by the human immune system, specifically by antibodies or T and B cells. Recognition of epitopes is considered important in EBPV design to contain pandemics, epidemics, and endemics due to the outbreak of infectious diseases. To design an effective and viable EBPV against different strains of a pathogen, it is important to identify the putative T- and B-cell epitopes. Using the wet-lab experimental approach to identify these epitopes is time-consuming and costly because the experimental screening of a vast number of potential epitope candidates is required. Fortunately, various available machine learning (ML)-based prediction methods have reduced the burden related to the epitope mapping process by decreasing the potential epitope candidate list for experimental trials. Moreover, these methods are also cost-effective, scalable, and fast.

Methods for Imaging and Evaluation of Scoliosis
Scoliosis is defined as a three-dimensional spinal deformity consisting of a lateral curvature greater than 10 degrees with rotation of the vertebrae within the curve. It can be identified as congenital, neuromuscular or idiopathic. Idiopathic scoliosis (IS) can be further classified by age of onset: infantile (birth to two years), juvenile (three to nine years), and adolescent (10 years and older). It is the most common pediatric musculoskeletal disorder that causes a three-dimensional (3D) spinal deformity. The deformity is always 3D because it also involves an axial rotation of the vertebrae, not just displacement and rotation in the frontal plane. Adolescent IS is the most common form because the spinal deformity evolves during periods of significant physical growth. IS is diagnosed when other etiological factors cannot be identified, such as congenital neurological or musculoskeletal anomalies, or inflammatory or demyelinating processes leading to primary or secondary motor neuron damage (myotonia, myopathy, etc.).

Bio-Inspired Anomaly Detection with Cursory Dendritic Cell Algorithm
The autonomous and adaptable identification of anomalies in industrial contexts, particularly in the physical processes of Cyber-Physical Production Systems (CPPS), requires using critical technologies to identify failures correctly. Most of the existing solutions in the anomaly detection research area do not consider such systems’ dynamics. Immune-based models, such as the Dendritic Cell Algorithm (DCA), may provide a rich source of inspiration for detecting anomalies. Cursory Dendritic Cell Algorithm (CDCA), is a novel variation of the Dendritic Cell Algorithm (DCA), developed to be flexible and monitor physical industrial processes continually while detecting anomalies in an online fashion.
