Interpenetrating bulk heterojunction (IBHJ) quantum dot solar cells (QDSCs) offer a direct pathway for electrical contacts to overcome the trade-off between light absorption and carrier extraction. However, their complex three-dimensional structure creates higher requirements for the optimization of their design due to their more difficult interface defect states control, more complex light capture mechanism, and more advanced QD deposition technology. ZnO nanowire (NW) has been widely used as the electron transport layer (ETL) for this structure. Hence, the optimization of the ZnO NW morphology (such as density, length, and surface defects) is the key to improving the photoelectric performance of these SCs.

2020 AV2 is a near-Earth asteroid discovered by the Zwicky Transient Facility on 4 January 2020. It is the first asteroid discovered to have an orbit completely within Venus's orbit, and is thus the first and only known member of the inner-Venusian Vatira population of Atira-class asteroids. 2020 AV2 has the smallest known aphelion and third-smallest known semi-major axis among all asteroids. With an absolute magnitude around 16.4, the asteroid is expected to be larger than 1 km in diameter.

The SCOP formalism or State Context Property formalism is an abstract mathematical formalism for describing states of a system that generalizes both quantum and classical descriptions. The formalism describes entities, which may exist in different states, which in turn have various properties. In addition there is a set of "contexts" (corresponding to measurements) by which an entity may be observed. The formalism has primarily found use outside of physics as a theory of concepts, in particular in the field of quantum cognition, which develops quantum-like models of cognitive phenomena (such as the conjunction fallacy) that may seem paradoxical or irrational when viewed from a perspective of classical states and logic.

Large UV Optical Infrared Surveyor
The Large UV Optical Infrared Surveyor (LUVOIR) is a multi-wavelength space observatory concept being developed by the Goddard Space Flight Center and proposed for the Decadal Survey Concept Study started in January 2016. The concept is based on a mirror from 8 m to 18 m in diameter, and covering the ultraviolet, visible and infrared wavelengths. It would be a Large Strategic Science Mission and be up for selection sometime after 2020. LUVOIR is a set of goals and requirements for a space telescope, but is not a specific design. More concrete proposals have their own names, such as ATLAST and HDST. One of those will be selected to become LUVOIR.
