Simulation Argument (Planck Scale)
Programming deep universe (Programmer God) Simulation Hypothesis models at the Planck scale The simulation hypothesis or simulation argument is the argument that proposes all current existence, including the Earth and the rest of the universe, could be an artificial simulation, such as a computer simulation. The ancestor simulation approach, which Nick Bostrom called "the simulation argument", argues for "high-fidelity" simulations of ancestral life that would be indistinguishable from reality to the simulated ancestor. However this simulation variant can be traced back to an 'organic base reality' (the original programmer ancestors). The Programmer God approach conversely states that the universe simulation began with the big bang (the deep universe simulation) and was programmed by an external intelligence (external to the universe), the Programmer by definition a God in the creator of the universe context. As the universe in its entirety, down to the smallest detail, is within the simulation, coding will occur at the lowest level. In Big Bang cosmology, the Planck epoch or Planck era is the earliest stage of the Big Bang, where cosmic time was equal to Planck time. In analyzing the feasibility of a Programmer God simulation, Planck time therefore becomes the reference for the simulation clock-rate, with the simulation operating at or below the Planck scale, and with the Planck units as (top-level) candidates for the base (mass, length, time, charge) units.

Single Point Mooring (SPM) Systems with Buoys
The SPM system consists of four main components, namely, the body of the buoy, the anchoring and mooring components, the fluid transfer system and the ancillary elements. Static legs linked to the seabed underneath the surface keep the buoy body in place. Above the water level, the body has a spinning portion that is attached to the offloading/loading tanker. A roller bearing, referred to as the main bearing, connects these two portions. Due to this array, the anchored tanker can easily weather-vane around the buoy and find a steady position. The concept of the buoy is determined by the type of bearing utilized and the divide between the rotating and geostatic sections. The buoy’s size is determined by the amount of counter buoyancy required to keep the anchor chains in place, and the chains are determined by environmental conditions and vessel size.

Site Directed Spin Labeling
Site-directed spin labeling (SDSL) is a molecular biology technique in which paramagnetic spin labels are incorporated into the specific site of bio-macromolecules for investigation of structure and dynamic properties using electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy. In SDSL, all native nondisulfide bonded cysteines are eliminated by changing them with another amino acid such as serine or an alanine. A unique cysteine residue is then incorporated into a recombinant protein using site-directed mutagenesis technique, and further reacted with sulfhydryl-specific nitroxide reagent to covalently generate a stable spin label side-chain. The development of SDSL approaches extended the application of EPR to almost any biological systems. Site-directed spin labeling  (SDSL) combined with EPR spectroscopy can provide structural dynamics of spin label side-chain, solvent accessibility, solvent polarity, and intra- or intermolecular distances between two spin labels of macromolecules.
