Stability Modelling of mRNA Vaccine Quality
The vaccine distribution chains in several low- and middle-income countries are not adequate to facilitate the rapid delivery of high volumes of thermosensitive COVID-19 mRNA vaccines at the required low and ultra-low temperatures. COVID-19 mRNA vaccines are currently distributed along with temperature monitoring devices to track and identify deviations from predefined conditions throughout the distribution chain. These temperature readings can feed into computational models to quantify mRNA vaccine critical quality attributes (CQAs) and the remaining vaccine shelf life more accurately. Here, a kinetic modelling approach is proposed to quantify the stability-related CQAs and the remaining shelf life of mRNA vaccines. The CQA and shelf-life values can be computed based on the conditions under which the vaccines have been distributed from the manufacturing facilities via the distribution network to the vaccination centres.

Stabilin-2 and Cancer Metastasis
Stabilin-2 is a systemic clearance receptor for hyaluronic acid (HA).  HA is typically enriched in the extracellular matrix of several types of cancer cells, thus, Stabilin-2 may interact with the extracellular matrix of cancer cells depending on the physiological environment of the tissue.  This is especially relevant for the liver sinusoids and lymph nodes which express high levels of Stabilin-2 and also are sites of metastases for a number of cancer types.

ST2
Suppression of tumorigenicity-2 ST2 has emerged as one of the most promising biomarkers in assessing the evolution and prognosis of patients with HF. The uniqueness of ST2 is determined by its structural particularities. Its transmembrane isoform exerts cardioprotective effects, while the soluble isoform (sST2), which is detectable in serum, is associated with myocardial fibrosis and poor outcome in patients with HF.

SRFR1 Function in Plant Immunity
SUPPRESSOR OF rps4-RLD1 (SRFR1) is known as a negative regulator by forming an immune complex with resistance proteins and transcription factors of the plant immune system in Arabidopsis. Mutations in SRFR1, identified in a suppressor screen, activated EDS1-dependent ETI to Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato (Pto) DC3000. Besides, mutations in SRFR1 boosted defense responses to the generalist chewing insect Spodoptera exigua and the sugar beet cyst nematode Heterodera schachtii. In the current study, we report that mutations in SRFR1 enhance susceptibility to the fungal necrotrophs Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici (FOL) and Botrytis cinerea in Arabidopsis. The slsrfr1 tomato mutants generated by a CRISPR/Cas9 system increased expression of SA-pathway defense genes and enhanced resistance to Pto DC3000. In contrast, slsrfr1 mutants elevate susceptibility to FOL. Together, these data suggest that SRFR1 is functionally conserved in both Arabidopsis and tomato and functions antagonistically as a negative regulator to biotrophic pathogens and a positive regulator to necrotrophic pathogens.

SRC-3
Steroid receptor coactivator-3 (SRC-3), also known as amplified in breast cancer 1 (AIB1), is a member of the SRC family. SRC-3 regulates not only the transcriptional activity of nuclear receptors but also many other transcription factors. Besides the essential role of SRC-3 in physiological functions, it also acts as an oncogene to promote multiple aspects of cancer.
