Transformational Leadership and Innovative Behavior of Employees
There is a significant influence of transformational leadership (TL) on employee’s innovative work behavior (EIWB) mediated by both their employees’ intellectual agility (EIA) and employee’s voice (EV). These findings empower leaders to recognize their pivotal roles in nurturing innovation within their enterprises and crafting an optimal culture and climate conducive to innovative endeavors. Furthermore, this insight enables leaders to establish innovative environments that promote employees’ confident sharing of ideas and concepts.

Transaction Network Structural Shift under Crisis
In 2008, the Lehman Brothers’ bankruptcy, accumulated from the global financial crisis, proved a unique role of the highly interconnected financial entities. Shocks in a bank might trigger loss, induce spillovers, provoke a contagion shock spreading to other entities, trigger the whole banking system to collapse, and ultimately unsettle the worldwide economy. The global financial market was stressed as worldwide investors tried to sell simultaneously, while banks were having trouble finding other financing sources. Banks’ liquidity problems, spread over the whole system, triggered the world financial market panic. The continuous failures spread in a short time, proving that the entities incorporated in the financial system are highly interdependent to each other.

Towards Regenerative Energy Supply Options
Often the main energy related challenges in Africa is how to avoid (reduce or manage) the environmental tradeoffs arising due to extractive energy sourcing mechanisms leading to ecosystem degradation. Avoiding or reducing the tradeoffs needs looking at energy as an intersectoral challenge rather than looking at it as a uni-sectoral agenda. Ecosystem-based approaches are pathways to produce energy feedstocks through interventions that enrich the ecosystems with due consideration of the interactions among the various sectors being affected and also affecting the energy production process. Regenerative energy supply options are interventions that lead to production of energy or energy feedstocks while enriching the ecosystems in which it is produced. Of the outstanding opportunities is the ongoing ecosystem restoration agenda that is being supported by multiple agencies around the world and in the continent. Our analysis revealed that there is great complementarity between the restoration movement and regenerative energy supply options.  that could change the narrative substantially.

Tourism Services in Uzbekistan
Uzbekistan is located on the crossroads of the ancient Silk Road, which has attracted thousands of traders and invaders throughout the centuries. Because of its strategic location, it was the center of events between Russia and Great Britain later referred to as the Great Game.  There are various reasons why tourists visit Uzbekistan. This region was the center of Islamic ideology, and the craddle of the first Renaissance that brought up scientists such as Avicenna, Al Khorezmi, Al Beruni and others. The legacy left by ancestors in terms of constructions and traditions is well preserved in ancient cities of Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva. The influence of various nations (arabs, mongols, russians) on the aborigens of Central Asia left its footprints on culture, architecture and social life. For the people who appreciate oriental arts and history Uzbekistan is a must-visit place. However, the range of tourism services is mainly focused on only historical sightseeing. Recreational tourism services are underdeveloped. High travel costs, tourism infrastructure problems, and lack of qualified personnel are main issues that pull back tourism development.
