Organic Fresh Produce
Growing and purchasing demand for organic fresh produce is increasing rapidly. Consumers are aware of health, environmental safety, pesticide harmfulness, nutrients, bioactive compounds, and safe food. Many research works are available on organic and conventional fresh produce. As organic fresh produce growing and purchasing demand is increasing, it has become necessary to review the recent trends in quality, safety, and consumer preferences of organic and conventional fresh food products. A few reports have been compiled on organic and conventional fresh produce. Researchers have started working on organic and conventional fresh produce with the help of modern technology to improve nutritional and functional quality, safety, and consumer preferences. Nutritional and functional quality, safety, and consumer preferences depend on cultivation techniques, treatment, crop cultivar, and appearance of products. Therefore, it is necessary to compile the literature on organic and conventional fresh produce based on quality, safety, and consumer preferences.

Ordinary Teachers' Evidence-Based Intervention on Mental Health Literacy
The immediate effect of the intervention on promoting students’ mental health knowledge was significant, but the amount of delay effect is not significant. Ordinary classroom teachers can effectively participate in projects to improve students’ mental health literacy, significantly improve students’ mental health knowledge and attitudes towards psychological problems, and make up for the shortage of full-time mental health teachers in schools. More attention should be paid to students’ mental health literacy, and evidence-based intervention research should be strengthened. Furthermore, researchers can improve students’ mental health literacy and avoid poor mental health by addressing delays in early intervention, as well as improve experimental design, prolong the intervention time, and improve the effectiveness of the intervention.

Oral Supplementation for the Improvement of Fatigue Symptoms
Fatigue, characterised by lack of energy, mental exhaustion and poor muscle endurance which do not recover following a period of rest, is a common characteristic symptom of several conditions and negatively impacts the quality of life of those affected. Fatigue is often a symptom of concern for people suffering from conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, cancer, and multiple sclerosis. Vitamins and minerals, playing essential roles in a variety of basic metabolic pathways that support fundamental cellular functions, may be important in mitigating physical and mental fatigue.

Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is one of the most-prevalent cancer types worldwide, and it poses a serious threat to public health due to its high mortality and morbidity rates. OSCC typically has a poor prognosis, significantly reducing the chances of patient survival.

Oral Microbiome Dysbiosis in Tongue Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Tongue squamous cell carcinoma(TSCC),as the most common oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), is associated with numerous risk factors. Among which oral microbiota is recognized by more and more scholars. In the oral cavity, bacteria can aggregate into colonies to form functional biofilms, and the synergistic interaction of polymicroorganisms can maintain homeostasis with the host. However, Changes in specific individual bacterial components may cause colony effects that disrupt homeostasis, which would contribute to the initiation and progression of TSCC. For instance, the change of relative abundance of Firmicutes, Actinobacteria, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Fusobacteria and related bacteria can cause the occurrence of tongue cancer by mediating chronic inflammatory states, suppressing immune responses, synthesizing carcinogens, attenuating synthesis of anticancer agents and promoting cancer cell invasion. Therefore, the management of the special microbiome associated with tumour microenvironments may be a promising treatment strategies for tumors in the future.

Oral Manifestations of COVID-19 in Hospitalized Patients
The oral cavity represents a target of SARS-CoV-2, and oral lesions are observed in both non-hospitalized and hospitalized patients. Oral ulcers, cheilitis, and tongue lesions were more common in patients before hospitalization, while perioral pressure ulcers, macroglossia, blisters, and oral candidiasis were more recurrent in patients during hospitalization. An accurate oral examination during the hospital admission of all confirmed COVID-19 cases is encouraged to recognize oral early manifestations and to apply appropriate treatments.

Opportunistic Premise Plumbing Pathogens
Opportunistic premise plumbing pathogens (OPPP) are microorganisms that are native to the plumbing environment and that present an emerging infectious disease problem. They share characteristics, such as disinfectant resistance, thermal tolerance, and biofilm formation. The colonisation of domestic water systems presents an elevated health risk for immune-compromised individuals who receive healthcare at home.

Opioids and Agricultural Industries
The rising incidence of opioid use and its associated aftermath have been deemed a public health crisis in the U.S. The term opioid encompasses prescription opioid medication (used to treat pain, most commonly oxycodone and hydrocodone), the synthetic opioid fentanyl (used for severe pain), and heroin (an illegal opioid in the U.S.). Given the potentially destructive nature of opioids and the importance of agricultural industries to the well-being and security of U.S. residents, it is important to gain a better understanding of the impact of harmful opioid use on agricultural industries as well as areas of need for resource and program development. Levels of opioid use and associated consequences vary tremendously by location even within a given state. Indeed, opioid use and associated issues tend to vary by urban and rural areas, with differing risk factors, consequences, and resources.

Opioid Stigma in Cancer Settings
Cancer-related pain affects a majority of patients with advanced cancer and is often undertreated. The treatment of this pain is largely reliant on the use of opioids, which are essential medicines for symptom management and the maintenance of quality of life (QoL) for patients with advanced cancer. While there are cancer-specific guidelines for the treatment of pain, widespread publication and policy changes in response to the opioid epidemic have drastically impacted perceptions of opioid use leading to stigmatization.
