Academic Migration and Epistemological Value
The internationalisation of higher education (IoHE) has become a prominent topic in higher education research. While there is increasing institutional and governmental commitment to IoHE, it is important to consider the actual outcomes of these processes critically. Despite the significant issues raised by the academic migration of professors, researchers, and post-docs regarding migratory trajectories and epistemological aspects of scholarly work, this area of research remains understudied. This research adopted a qualitative approach, drawing on semi-structured interviews with migrant scholars pursuing academic careers in Portugal. The findings suggest that a complex interplay of factors influences the pursuit of an academic career by migrants, including the influence of institutional and governmental policies regarding science and the impact of marketisation of higher education institutions that have jeopardised academic career possibilities.

Academic Teachers about Their Productivity
The situation of the COVID-19 epidemic in the world, as well as in Poland, forced changes in the functioning of many professions, including academic teachers. Taking classes online has forced many of them to acquire new digital competencies. Competence of this type implies a construct related to the cognitive sphere that allows the use of the various tools of telecommunications technology to handle information that can be obtained from training in the use of electronic devices and the software used. For this reason, it can be said that a kind of experiment was undertaken. Currently, they were assigned to a specific social group, e.g., IT specialists, but along with their functioning in the information society, they have become one of the elements of social life.

Academic Tourism and Transport Services
Academic tourism is an important opportunity for the tourism industry and for the growth of academic knowledge. Thus, the continued growth of academic tourism has provided opportunities for tour operators, as well as for educational service providers, so that students have become a potential source of long-term investments for destinations. In addition, transport and mobility opportunities in tourist destinations are extremely relevant for academic tourism, especially as a result of the fact that transport can be considered as a primary factor in tourism. More specifically, the unavailability of transport will negatively affect the image of a particular tourist destination, which will, therefore, lead to a reduction in the likelihood that that destination will be visited again.

Academics Work from Home during COVID-19 in South Africa
The continuing crisis caused by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has raised significant challenges for the higher education community globally. In South Africa, the government-forced lockdown measures and social distancing containment policy changed working arrangements across sectors and organisations. As a result, academics were forced to work from home (WFH), a task for which they were hardly prepared.

Accessibility to Public Service Facilities on Housing Prices
High-value units of public service accessibility are concentrated in built-up areas, while low-value units are located at the urban fringe. Larger public services have more significant clustering effects than smaller ones. Recreational, medical, educational and financial facilities all have capitalisation effects on housing prices. Both the geographical detector model and the spatial association detector model could identify the drivers of housing prices, but the explanatory power of the latter is greater and could enhance the validity and reliability of the findings.

Accessible Higher-Education: A Framework for Continuous Improvement
The SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) forced educational institutions to move their programs to the virtual world, revealing needs such as the lack of accessibility of online resources and content. In this context, the Erasmus+ project "Technological Assistance to Accessibility in Virtual Higher Education (EduTech)”, proposed tools and knowledge focused on improving accessibility in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). In this article, a framework that integrates all the findings of the EduTech project is presented. The proposed framework is aimed at facilitating the adoption of good practices related to technological accessibility in HEI. The framework considers the limitations and needs of the institutions in terms of governance and resources for improving accessibility. The framework was adopted by four Latin American HEIs to establish a continuous improvement strategy according to their needs and current level of accessibility focus. This research also shows the results and suggests that the proposal is adaptable to the needs of HEIs, allowing its implementation regardless of their organizational structure and their current level of attention to accessibility.
