Manufacturer Referral, Retailer Private Brands in Supply Chain
It has become a common commercial phenomenon for retailers to establish their own brands. The manufacturer referral strategy is studied through a model which includes a manufacturer, a traditional retailer and a store brand retailer.  For the manufacturer, any referral strategy is better than no referral strategy, and in most cases, the manufacturer prefers nonexclusive referrals. The traditional retailer is willing to accept the manufacturer’s referral cooperation, and the traditional retailer’s profit is better under the nonexclusive referrals; while most store brand retailers are willing to choose the nonexclusive referrals.

Low-Carbon Logistics Capability
It is crucial to figure out how to achieve sustainable economic growth while fostering the growth of the logistics sector and the economy by expanding low-carbon logistics capability. The term "low-carbon logistics capacity" refers to a logistics operation's capacity to achieve sustainable development in the context of the needs of the low-carbon economy. Research and development capacity, economic development, energy consumption, and other considerations, have an impact on low-carbon logistics capability. Enhancing low-carbon logistics capability does not imply that the logistics sector should cut energy use and pursue a zealous reduction in carbon emissions; rather, it aims to improve the sector's energy use efficiency.

Croquet Project
The Croquet Project is a software project that preceded Croquet, and was intended to promote the continued development of the Croquet open-source software development kit to create and deliver collaborative multi-user online applications. Implemented in Squeak Smalltalk, Croquet supports communication, collaboration, resource sharing, and synchronous computation among multiple users. Applications created with the Croquet software development kit (SDK) can be used to support highly scalable collaborative data visualization, virtual learning and problem solving environments, 3D wikis, online gaming environments (massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs), and privately maintained or interconnected multiuser virtual environments. Further development of the technology has also branched into the Open Cobalt and Open Croquet efforts. In May 2018, David A. Smith founded Croquet Corporation to build a software system for creating multiuser digital experiences on the web. Alan Kay’s team of engineers, Vanessa Freudenberg, Aran Lunzer, Yoshiki Ohshima, as well as Smith’s collaborator from Red Storm Entertainment, Brian Upton, joined Smith as co-founders of Croquet Corporation, to build a software system for creating multiuser digital experiences on the web. Croquet lets developers build real time multiuser apps without writing a single line of server code, or deploying or managing any servers. Croquet consists of a JavaScript library that grants access to its global network of public reflectors.

Corporate Social Responsibility in Social SMEs
The relation between social entrepreneurship and CSR is not unequivocal, as from a theoretical perspective these constructs should be distinct, and their boundaries both in theory and in practice are still unclear. The literature suggests that it is their social mission that defines social enterprises whereas, for other types of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), CSR activities would be instrumental and motivated by profit maximization. Until now, it has been unclear what the role of CSR in activities and behavior in social enterprises is, which is a notable research gap since social entrepreneurship is an emerging domain of study in business research and practice.

Knowledge Sharing in Business Education
One of the findings is that knowledge sharing in business education is growing in virtual environments, especially in the last year, where the COVID 19 pandemic restricted the option of face-to-face education in classrooms. It is recommended that business schools decrease the percentage of time they spend in lectures and increase the time and strategies in which students share knowledge, discuss problems and make decisions based on collective reflection.

Environmental Consciousness on Environmental Management
As society’s view of the public good expands to include responsible corporate citizenship, profit performance alone no longer suffices as the sole measure of a company’s performance. Issues of environmental protection and contributions to society are also included in evaluating overall corporate strategy, thus broadening the evaluation beyond the income statement. As companies adopt the mantle of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) theories, their potential liabilities are no longer limited to operational costs. Investments in environmental protection and environmental management systems influence a company’s competitiveness and strategic considerations. When performed right, these investments not only reduce litigation and administrative costs, but also enhance long-term profitability and continuing development

Empowering Clusters for Sustainable Supply Chain in Egypt
The high frequency of market shocks pushes organisations to focus on cost reduction and financial gains at the expense of social and environmental issues, which leads to health and safety issues. Especially in supply chain clusters (SCCs), the concentration of industrial and logistics activities, such as transportation, raises environmental issues and harms the surrounding communities.

The Impact of Environmental Uncertainty on Corporate Innovation
Innovation activity is a long-term investment activity with long cycles and high risk. When the external environment situation is serious, enterprises, in order to deal with emergencies that may result from environmental uncertainty, based on preventive motivation, usually tend to choose conservative investment strategies, reduce the capital of innovative investment, and maintain a high free cash flow to deal with market shocks and fierce market competition and ease the pressure of survival.

Digital Transformation on Macroeconomic Outcomes
In the context of the development of information technologies, the concerns about assessing the effects of digital transformation have increased. Although it is intuitively accepted that digital transformation has a favourable impact on macroeconomic variables (based on the interdependencies between micro- and macroeconomic performance), there is little scientific research providing evidence of this.

Locate Yourself on the Coping Radar
One of the most studied concepts in almost all situations concerns “how people cope with stressful situations”. The study of coping is fundamental because researchers agree that coping can reduce or amplify the effects of negative events and conditions on emotional distress and well-being. As Skinner, Edge, Altman, and Sherwood’s comprehensive review of systems of coping shows, the fundamental problem in the study of coping is that it is not a specific behavior that can be explicitly observed; instead, it is an organizational construct incorporating numerous actions that individuals take to deal with stressful experiences. Scholars are usually interested in conceptualizing or measuring “ways of coping,” which are categories based on selected dimensions of coping which classify the ways people cope. The lack of consensus on dimensions of identified ways of coping is one of the main issues in the literature that hinders the progress of our understanding by making it impossible to compare results from different studies or aggregate them.

Measuring Process Innovation Performance at State-Owned Companies
Several state-owned companies (SOEs) have successfully implemented process innovation. Human resources and organizational factors, such as leadership, problem understanding, strategy, and culture, affected the success of process innovation in SOEs, even more than the research and development budget, support, and commitment factor of a given company. Meanwhile, cost efficiency was the main factor driving a company’s motivation to implement process innovation. The success factors in implementing process innovation are an essential consideration for the management of other SOEs eager to improve their company’s innovation performance, especially process innovation. Success factors were carried out comprehensively for all implementation indicators of process innovation, including inputs, process (idea generation, idea selection, and idea implementation), outputs and outcomes, diffusion, culture, strategies, and push and pull factors.

Project Managers as Knowledge Workers
Studies have shown that project managers are responsible for the successful management of various projects. Increasingly, this success depends on the project manager being a knowledge worker (KW)—i.e., possessing and utilizing both “hard” and “soft” skills/competencies to manage assigned projects. Nonetheless, there has not been enough studies on what these competencies are, especially in the context of developing countries (DCs). This study, therefore, seeks to conceptualize project managers as KWs by identifying the key competencies and their relationships needed to effectively manage projects in DCs. To achieve this objective, a survey was conducted among 112 project management (PM) practitioners in Ghana. The opinions from the respondents were edited, summarized and categorized by creating word queries, thus, making it easier to make deductions from them. Finally, content analysis was conducted to help establish links in the responses so as to deduce appropriate recommendations. The findings provide a set of “soft” and “hard” skills/competencies and their unique combinations for effective PM in DCs. The primary contribution of this study stems from highlighting the key competencies that project managers need to ensure effective PM in DCs, thus, helping these countries to make a more efficient use of their scarce resources.
