This smart walking cane - the Alex Cane - was named after Alex. Alex is blind and his mother was always worried whenever he stepped out of the house. To ease her anxiety, Anthony, a serial innovator, decided to create a cane with a GPS signal that would alert Alex's mum of his location. The journey took some interesting twists and turns.
