Language Designer

Edit

A language designer is a person who develops the formal properties and structural components of a language system, including its grammatical rules, lexical organization, phonological or orthographic conventions, and other mechanisms that determine how linguistic forms are created and interpreted. In linguistics, the term may refer to individuals involved in the systematic construction or modification of natural or artificial languages, with the scope of the concept distinguished from language users, who acquire and employ an existing language system, and language analysts, who describe and study linguistic structures rather than intentionally creating them [1].
