Inclusive social development refers to a process of social development that seeks to ensure that individuals and groups, particularly those experiencing social or structural disadvantages, have equitable opportunities to participate in and benefit from social, educational, economic, and community life ^[1][2]. It emphasizes reducing barriers to participation and access to essential services, resources, rights, and opportunities while addressing discrimination, marginalization, and inequalities ^[3]. Inclusive social development also involves strengthening social participation, social cohesion, and the capacity of individuals and communities to contribute to decisions that affect their lives. In education, it includes efforts to ensure equitable access to quality learning and to reduce exclusion associated with socioeconomic circumstances, disability, gender, ethnicity, language, geographic location, or other forms of disadvantage. The concept therefore integrates social inclusion and development by linking improvements in well-being and opportunities with participation, equity, recognition of diversity, and the reduction of structural exclusion ^[4].
