Mohammad Heydari (Persian/Farsi: محمد حیدری; born 14 August 1992; Tehran, Iran) is an Associate Professor, Scientist and Author.

He obtained a PhD and DSc. in Management Science and Engineering (MS&E) from the Nanjing University of Science and Technology (Apr. 2023). His doctoral dissertation was titled “Cognitive basis perceived corruption, and attitudes towards entrepreneurial intention” under supervision of Prof. Dr. Zhou Xiaohu, a master’s Degree in (MBA) from Payame Noor University (Mar. 2016), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Payame Noor University (July. 2014).

His CV presents a remarkable and extensive collection of scholarly contributions, comprising over 153 meticulously peer-reviewed publications. Notably, this commendable body of work encompasses 29 works that have achieved listing in the esteemed Essential Science Index (ESI), affirming their substantial impact factor. Management Science and Engineering at Tongji University (Fellowship), he served as an associate professor of Management Science and Engineering (MS&E) in his early 28 at the Business College, Southwest University in China.

His research focused on two disciplines of Management Science and Engineering (MS&E) as follows;

(1) Applied Mathematics, Health Services Research, Health Economics, Optimization Algorithm & Operation, Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Decision Science and Operation Management;

(2) Human Resources and Business Administration, Leadership, Industrial and organizational psychology, Workplace Bullying and Harassment, and Organizational Behavior and Organizational Studies;

(3) Entrepreneurship Management and Psychological Entrepreneurship Research.

Dr. Heydari’s research contributes to establishing sound foundations for managing an extensive network of systems, components, and processes that collectively work to ensure medicines and other healthcare supplies are manufactured, distributed, and provided to patients. Also, its grantee fairness in systems and the populations locally, nationally, and globally.

Dr. Heydari is a quantitatively trained population & systems researcher focusing on different aspects of Management Science and Engineering (MS&E). His work deploys conceptual, qualitative, and quantitative approaches and methodologies to investigate issues of key interest. His research program articulates many concepts of Management Science and Engineering (MS&E), highlights inequity, advances the measurement of inequity, and promotes public dialogues on these inequities. His interdisciplinary approach is most vividly exemplified in one of his research papers, How to Manage Red Alert in Emergency and Disaster Unit in the Hospital? Evidence from London (Frontiers in Public Health, 2021). His work has appeared in Oxford University Press, Public Health Front., IJERPH, Mathematics, Taylor & Francis Group/Routledge (CRC Press), among others. In 2023 he was named a top 100 Scientists on Business & Management (Rank 72nd) in China and listed top 30 in Decision Science and Operation Research (Rank 27th) based on AD Scientific Index. His work has been supported by the Graham Munro Charitable Foundation, Wilfrid Laurier University, National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), and Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, China.
