3.1 Intelligent Autonomous Robot for Substation Inspection

Funding Agency: Tennessee Valley Authority, Principal Investigator ($650,000.000  2019~2023).

Design and develop an autonomous robot to perform substation inspection with no added navigation hardware to the substation.

3.2 Industry Sponsored Capstone Projects

Successfully completed over 100 capstone projects cto sovering a variety of lve problems of several industrial needs es.(2005~2017)

3.3 Automated Prescription Verification System

Funding Agency: EconoGenesys, Principal Investigator ($100,000 2003).

Designed and developed a robot to perform automatic prescription inspection for mail order pharmacies.

 

3.34 Boiler Tube Leak Detection using Artificial Neural Networks

Funding Agency: Tennessee Valley Authority, Principal Investigator ($200K 1996~1999).

User tube leak sensitive variable and artificial neural networks to detect the presence of a boiler tube leak I real time.

3.45 Target Tracking

Funding Agency: The NSWCaval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren, Principal Investigator ($1M 1988~1998).

Developed different target models and used sensor data fusion to improve track quality.
