Soft robotics is a fast-growing field that is getting more and more traction both in academia and in industry. The use of these robots has advantages in terms of safety and adaptability in unknown environments. To mature the field, reproducibility is an important topic to tackle. The development of competitions, open platforms and benchmarks is therefore important.
