Dr. Mohsin Kazi is Professor at Pharmaceutics department, College of Pharmacy, King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining King Saud University, Dr. Mohsin was working as post-doctoral research fellow in Monash University, Australia. Previously, he had worked in Abbott Laboratories, Chicago, USA. Dr. Mohsin obtained B. Pharm (HONS) and PhD in Pharmacy from Monash University, and MBA from Victoria University, Australia. His research expertise include development of oral lipid-based nanocarrier systems & drug absorption of challenging poorly soluble drugs, conversion of liquid into solid dosage form, FDM 3D printed dosage form and capsule in capsule delivery systems. He has authored more than 120 scientific publications and delivered many presentations in international pharmaceutical conferences. He has research collaboration with various universities such as California Health Science Institute, Coppin state university, USA, Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Science, Australia, North South University, and Dhaka university, Bangladesh. He has numerous funded research project approved by KACST, NPST-KSU and European Union. Dr. Mohsin is currently leading a lipid research group and advisor to several PhD & M.Sc. students. Dr Mohsin is the current academic visitor of Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Science, Monash University, Australia.
