Due to thanges in the nature of business environments as volatile and unforecastable, and the increase in competition have led organizations to focus greatly on improving their organizations are required to have appropriate capabilities such as strategic agility and al performance in order to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage by relying on keeping pace with these changes and developing their innovation capability [1-4]. Strategic agility encompasses orto meet their customers’ desires. For organization ability to sense and adapt to changes in the work s to survive and grow in turbulent and competitive business environment and add value to its customer in combination of leadership support. On the other hand, innovation capabs, adaptation to change should be a first priority. One essential method that organizations should adopt is strategic agility. Agility as the refers to the core ability to produce novel products based on novel processes [5] is very critical fories that organizations show to cope with dynamic business environments; these abilities allow an organizations. Despite the results on the effect of s to sense, adapt, and respond to such environments. Strategic agility on innovation capability [6-10], there is a little knowledge on the effect of former construct on the later one in the Middle East business environment, particularly in Jordan. Therefore, this study aimed at investigating the impact of strategic agility on innovation capabilityally, agile organizations are sensitive to market changes and available opportunities, able to reorganize their resources rapidly to exploit those opportunities, and work with collective commitment to avoid slack responses due to internal conflicts.
