Video Introduction

This video is adapted from 10.3390/pharmaceutics14010025

The video shows the experimental procedure used to dose animals via aerosol, which allowed to highlight the potential of aminoglycoside-based cationic liposomes for non-viral lung gene therapy.

All procedures were carried out with personal licenses under protocols (APAFIS #22194-2019092711061392) approved by the Laboratory Animal Care Guidelines and the Institutional Animal Care and Research Advisory Committee at both the University of Oxford (United Kingdom) and the University of Brest (France).
