We discuss the concept of exact finite differences derivatives for a specific function. We intend to have a finite differences calculus as close as possible to the continuous case calculus, with a finite number of terms in the finite difference.
Given a differentialbe function the usual finite-differences derivative $\frac{f(x+\Delta)-f(x)}{\Delta}$ gives an approximate value
