Such consumer spending trend consistency is including but not limited to customer patronization at off-peak hours, customer flow during peak hours, customer product purchases during both peak and off-peak hours, customer impulse spending stimuli, and examination of level of customer service the majority of customers contend constitutes customer satisfaction-excellent or mediocre-with hypothesis suggesting only mediocrity in customer service is required for mass customer satisfaction and brand loyalty with some exceptions.
